when you find that perfect gif but don’t know how to use it
You can reverse the flow of the hotdogs if you concentrate hard enough
oh my god you can
What I find fascinating is that they appear to go in much faster than they come out. Hank, explain this to me using science.
He has black untidy hair, like his father, and his grandfather before him. He is a Gryffindor, like his father, and his grandfather before him. He is a Quidditch captain, like his father, and his grandfather before him. They say it’s in his blood. They say he is destined for great things, like his father, and his grandfather before him. When someone tells him his brother has a heavy name, he can barely hold a laugh. What do they know about heavy names? James Sirius Potter. Now, that’s a heavy name. Such weight, almost impossible to live under. No one ever bothered to ask him why he likes to fly. Everyone just assumes it’s because of his father. He doesn’t mind that, after all, he never bothered to ask why Harry liked it so much. Maybe because of the same reason he does. Makes you feel so light, almost weightless. Small and quick, like a Snitch. Hardly noticeable, unless you bother to watch really, really closely. And then you’ll see it, flying against the wind, its golden wings cutting clouds in two. Searching for its own path to follow.
Be kind to yourself. Stop telling yourself that whatever you are struggling with “should” be easy. If something is hard for you, it is hard for you. There are probably Reasons, though those may just be how you are wired. Acknowledge these things. When you finish something hard, be proud! Celebrate a little.
And really, just stop saying “should” to yourself about your thoughts and feelings in any context. You feel how you feel. The things in your head are the things in your head. You can’t change either directly through sheer force of will. You can only change what you do. Stop beating yourself up for who and what you are right now–it isn’t productive. Focus on moving forward.”
to the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure
